• Pour Over: 1:16 ratio, medium-fine grind, 195°F water, 3–3.5 min brew time — highlights the bright, floral notes
• Drip: 1:15 ratio, medium grind, standard brew cycle
• Cold Brew: 1:8 ratio, coarse grind, steep 12–18 hrs in cold water, strain and serve over ice

Best enjoyed black to fully appreciate the light, nuanced flavors.
